EAP is a free, confidential service that provides assistance and counseling on personal or work concerns, including stress, grief, chronic illness, relationship and family conflicts or financial difficulties. EAP is available 24/7 to employees and to everyone in their households.

Our flexible ways of working can help you work in ways most effective for you. Through Where We Work, our hybrid work model for office-based employees, you have predictable flexibility without sacrificing in-person collaboration. The model typically consists of 3 days in the office, and 2 days of remote work. Other kinds of flexibility, which vary by role, include part-time, remote work, job sharing, shift changes, compressed work weeks and more.
